摘  要:针对Q345B钢卷板开平后在折弯过程中出现的开裂现象,对缺陷部位材料进行了金相、化学成分和力学性能的对比分析。分析认为MnS夹杂及带状组织是产生开裂的直接原因,通过优化成分,改进工艺,改善其性能指标,取得了良好效果。The fractures occurred in the process of the ::old bending on the Q345B plates.The reason has been investigated by the microstructure,chemical composition and mechanical property of defect material. The results indicated that manganese sulfide inclusions and banded structure appeared at slab.It was believed that the fracture of Q345B was mainly caused by the sulfide inclusions and the microstructure segregation, its performance index is improved through the optimization of component content, and achieves good result.
