葛根素治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床有效性和安全性系统评价

摘　　要：目的:系统评价葛根素治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床有效性和安全性。方法:检索葛根素治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床随机对照试验文献资料,采用Jadad量表进行质量评价,采用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果:共有37篇文献(2 626例患者)被纳入研究,葛根素治疗组在心绞痛临床症状改善和心电图疗效方面,优于对照组,合并RR值分别为1.31和1.40;95%可信区间分别为[1.25,1.36]和[1.31,1.49]。结论:现有证据表明葛根素治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床疗效优于对照组,但由于随机对照试验的方法学质量较低,今后尚需设计严格的随机对试验加以证实。Objective：To systemically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of puerarin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods：Randomized controlled trials conducted to evaluate the clinical effect of puerarin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris were retrieved,and the quality was evaluated by Jadad scale.Statistical analysis was performed by Rev Man5.3 software provided by Cochrane collaboration network.Results：Total 37 literatures（2 626 patients） were included in the study.Improvement of angina symptoms and electrocardiograph ECG curative effect in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the RR values were 1.31 and 1.40.The 95% confidence intervals were[1.25,1.36] and [1.31,1.49].Conclusion：The current evidence showed that the clinical efficacy of puerarin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris was better than that of the control group,but the method quality of randomized controlled trials was still low,it needed to design a good multicenter,randomized and controlled trial for validation.
