针灸治疗精液异常不育症文献分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸治疗精液异常不育症用穴和治疗方法规律。方法:检索维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国知网、万方数据库自建库以来至2016年7月国内有关针灸治疗精液异常不育症的临床文献。将纳入文献中的腧穴、治疗方法进行分类整理,统计取穴的配穴规律以及各穴出现的频数,对腧穴的十四经分布、所属部位、治疗方法应用情况等进行统计描述。结果:关元、三阴交、肾俞应用频次为最高,治疗方法以针药结合为最多,灸法临床疗效有升高的趋势。结论:针药结合、灸法是治疗精液异常不育症的常用有效方法。Objective：To analyze the regularities of acupoint selection and treatment methods of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating infertility of abnormal semen.Methods：Retrieving the domestic clinical literature about acupuncture and moxibustion in treating infertility of abnormal semen from VIP,CNKI and Wan Fang Databases since establishment until July 2016.The acupoints and treatment methods used in the enrolled literature were classified to observe the regularities of acupoint selection,the frequency of acupoints,their distributions on the fourteen meridians,locations and treatment methods.Results：Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Shenshu were the most frequently used acupoints.Acupuncture-medicine therapy ranked the top among the treatment methods.The efficiency of moxibustion become higher.Conclusion：Acupuncture-medicine therapy and moxibustion were the common and effective methods for the treatment of infertility of abnormal semen.
