乳腺癌中医“群、段”分治思路探析

摘　　要：将乳腺癌的中医诊疗分为纯中医治疗和中西医配合治疗两大类、四群体、十三阶段。即纯中医治疗类分为早、中、晚三个阶段;中西医配合类患者分为围手术期、无瘤生存、带瘤生存三个群体计十个阶段,合计十三个阶段。对乳腺癌的全程管理提供新颖而实用的方法,通过对其临床辨证、治疗、康复、预后转归的分析阐发,使乳腺癌的学术脉络、诊治规律得以清晰,更有利于筛选中医治疗的优势病种和优化中医治疗方案。Our study divided the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer into two categories：the pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment and combined Chinese and western medicine treatment,four groups and 13 stages.The pure Chinese medicine treatment was divided into the early,middle and late stages.The patients treated by combined Chinese and western medicine were divided into three groups,including：perioperative group,disease-free survival group and survival with tumor group,with ten stages,totally 13 stages.The entire management of breast cancer proposed the new and practical methods.The analysis and exposition of the clinical syndrome differentiation,treatment,rehabilitation and prognosis made the academic development,diagnosis and treatment regularity of breast cancer clear,which was more conducive to disease screening and optimized treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine.
