阳和汤治疗脾肾阳虚型克罗恩病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察阳和汤治疗脾肾阳虚型克罗恩病的临床疗效。方法:将60例克罗恩病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组给予美沙拉嗪缓释片治疗,观察组给予美沙拉嗪缓释片联合阳和汤治疗,均治疗24周并随访24周,比较两组治疗后血清生化指标、克罗恩病活动指数(CDAI)评分及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后清蛋白(ALB)水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组升高较对照组明显(P<0.05);C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平、CDAI评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组下降较对照组更明显(P<0.05);观察组临床有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阳和汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗脾肾阳虚型克罗恩病比单用美沙拉嗪疗效好。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of Yanghe decoction in the treatment of Crohn＇s disease（CD） of spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods：Total 60 cases of CD patients were randomly divided into two groups：the control group and the observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine retard tablets while the observation group was given Yanghe decoction combined with mesalazine retard tablets.After 24-week treatment,the serum biochemical indicators Crohn＇s disease activity index（CDAI） score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.The patients were followed for 24 weeks.Results：After treatment,the albumin（ALB） levels of two groups were significantly higher than before（P〈0.05） and levels in the observation group increased more significantly than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The CDAI scores,C-reactive protein（CPR） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR） levels of two groups were significantly decreased than before（P〈0.05） and the results of observation group decreased more significantly than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The clinical efficacy rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yanghe decoction combined with mesalazine retard tablets had higher efficacy in treating Crohn＇s disease than single use of mesalazine retard tablets.
