摘　　要：张老师认为原发性痛经本为肝肾亏损,标为寒凝血瘀,治疗上主张以温补肾阳、疏肝解郁、活血化瘀、兼以饮食和情志调节为主要治则,肾阳虚者常用毓麟珠加少腹逐瘀汤;肝气郁结者易使经行不畅,不通则痛,主张疏肝解郁、行气通经止痛,常用逍遥散加减;寒凝血瘀之痛经主张温经散寒、活血化瘀,并独创温经汤。并列举3例病案,效果显著。Professor ZHANG Zhiyuan believes that the root cause of primary dysmenorrhea is deficiency of liver and kidney and the branch causes are cold coagulation and blood stasis,so the treatment is advocated to warm and invigorate the kidney-yang,soothe the stagnated liver qi,promote the blood circulation for removing blood stasis,with regulating diet and emotion as the main treatment principle.Dysmenorrhea caused by kidney yang deficiency should be treated with yu lin zhu plus Shaofu Zhuyu decoction.Dysmenorrhea caused by stagnated liver qi can result in impeded discharge of menses,so it should be treated with Xiaoyao powder to soothe the liver qi,alleviate depression and pain,promote qi circulation and menstruation.Dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis should be treated with his own Wenjing decoction to warm the meridians,disperse the coldness,promote blood circulation and resolve blood stasis.Three medical cases with remarkable effects were listed in this paper.
