不同血压水平下动态动脉硬化指数与冠状动脉病变的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同血压水平动态动脉硬化指数(AASI)与冠状动脉病变的相关性。方法选取425例可疑冠心病患者为研究对象。所有对象先后均行动态血压监测(ABPM)检测及CAG(冠状动脉造影术),计算425例患者AASI值。根据冠脉病变的结果将425例患者分成三组分别为:血压正常组85例、正常血压高值组140例、高血压组200例。再分别将各组再分为冠脉正常组以及冠脉病变组,探讨三组血压水平下AASI与冠脉病变的相关性。结果各血压水平组冠脉病变组的AASI均大于各血压水平组冠脉组正常组AASI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着血压水平的升高AASI在各血压水平组冠脉病变组、冠脉正常组均逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄、正常血压高值、高血压、AASI与冠心病呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论随着血压水平的升高,动态动脉硬化指数升高,冠脉病变风险增加。Objective To investigate the relevance of ambulatory arterial stiffness index （AASI） and coronary artery disease.Methods 425 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were selected for the study.All objects had underwent ambulatory blood pressure monitoring （ABPM） detection and CAG （coronary angiography）,and the value of 425 AASI patients was calculated.According to the results of 425 patients with coronary artery disease,they were divided into three groups： 85 patients with normal blood pressure in normotensive group,140 cases in high value group,and 200 cases in hypertension group.Then each group was further divided into normal coronary group and coronary artery disease group to explore the correlation of blood pressure and coronary artery disease AASI in three groups.Results The level of blood pressure of AASI coronary artery lesion group was higher than the level of coronary artery normal group.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.AASI rising with blood pressure increased gradually in coronary lesions,coronary artery normal group.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Age,normal blood pressure high value,high blood pressure,AASI and coronary heart disease were positively correlated （P〈0.05）.Conclusion With the increase of blood pressure levels,ambulatory arterial stiffness index （AASI） increases,and the risk of coronary artery disease increases.
