摘  要:通过对医疗纠纷的调查,从患者、医务人员、医疗机构、社会4个维度对医疗纠纷发生因素进行了分析。指出三甲医院门诊纠纷的主要因素是就医流程繁琐、等候时间长,患者对服务态度不满意与医生工作量大有关。住院纠纷的主要因素有:患者对治疗效果不满意是住院医疗纠纷发生的重要因素;保障机制欠缺,费用承担困扰;医务人员难尽合理的注意义务;现阶段国内医疗纠纷预防机制和处理机制薄弱;国内现阶段法律法规仍然不健全,执法部门在处理医患纠纷时往往感到法律依据不足,对待复杂的医疗纠纷难以作出公平公正的判决;媒体宣传的负面影响加剧医患矛盾。The influence factors of medical dispute were analyzed in aspects of patient, medical staff, medical institute and the society according to the data of medical dispute investigation. It shows that the main influence factors of outpatient care medical dispute in top tertiary hospital include mazy visit process, long waiting time, dissatisfied with bad service and the overloaded doctors. The main influence factors of outpatient care medical dispute in top tertiary hospital include mismatched expect of treatment care, hospitalization cost, inadequate medical security, lack of necessary informed duty, poor medical dispute prevention and treatment mechanism, incomplete law security, defective Judicial practice on complex medical dispute and media blitz.
