摘 要:发达国家对胜任力模型的研究日益成熟,美国卫生机构管理者研究中心(National Center for Healthcare Leadership,NCHL)建立并不断更新包括变革力、执行力、人际关系3大胜任力维度的卫生机构管理者胜任力模型。通过介绍该模型的研发历程、模型内容、建模方法以及对我国的启示,并以财务胜任力指标评价表为例详细加以说明。美国卫生机构管理者胜任力模型可以作为卫生管理者职业生涯过程中着重培养技能的参考,为卫生领域指引个人和组织改善绩效水平、促进医学生教育和职业的发展提供一个系统性的框架,对我国卫生领域管理者胜任力研究有着重要的指导意义。In the developed countries, the research on competency model is becoming more and more mature. NCHL(National Center for Healthcare Leadership) established and constantly updated Health Leadership Competency Model which includes three dimensions of competence for change, execution, and interpersonal relationships. This paper introduces the development procedure of the model, the content of the model, the modeling method and the inspiration to our country. NCHL Health Leadership Competency Model can be used as a reference for health managers to focus on training skills during their careers, and to provide a systematic framework for the health sector to guide individuals and organizations to improve performance and promote the development of medical education and careers. It has important reference to help the research on the competency of the health field managers in China.
