摘 要:结合双向张弦梁结构的特点,详细介绍了于家堡某建筑中庭尺寸为33.45m×31.35m的采光顶结构选型和设计过程。采用MIDAS/Gen 2013软件计算得到预应力对张弦梁结构在荷载作用下位移的影响,较为准确地确定了张弦梁中所要施加的预应力值,并验证了该方法的可行性。对设计软件中将计算结果线性叠加的方法进行了验算,得出了其对于预应力结构的不适用性,给出了正确的计算方法并加以验证。同时,给出了6根梁相交的特殊预制节点,避免了梁与梁之间的相贯和小角度的焊接作业。Based on the characteristics of dual-directional beam string structure, the structural system selection and design of a lighting roof in Yujiapu are described in details. The size of the lighting roof is 33.45 m× 31.35 m. In this paper, software MIDAS/Gen is used to calculate the influence of prestress on the displacement of the dual directional beam string structure. The prestress applied to the cable of the dual-directional beam string structure is determined, and the feasibility of method is verified. The calculation in the design software is checked, and the limitation of the method to prestressed structure is obtained. The improvement on the method is proposed. Meantime a new prefabricated joint is proposed. The new joint is intersected by six different beams, which avoids the intersection between two beams and small welding angles.
