摘 要:采用有限元数值分析方法,对门式钢刚架在多参数影响下的抗火性能进行了研究。基于经典结构力学,建立非均匀温度场中单跨门式钢刚架结构的内力方程,以此判断高温下,结构最不利截面几何位置。研究表明,在大空间建筑火灾中,主要是梁跨中截面和梁端截面影响门式钢刚架结构抗火承载力;根据数值分析结果,建立不同温度场非均匀性、荷载比、高跨比和楔率参数条件下门式钢刚架结构临界温度的大数据库,并拟合得到各参数影响下结构的临界温度经验公式,在临界温度法框架下,建议了单跨门式钢刚架结构抗火设计实用方法,为基于计算的门式钢刚架结构在大空间建筑火灾下的抗火性能评估提供了参考。A series of steel portal frame models are built using ANSYS software. The behavior of steel portal frame exposed to localized fire is studied. The fire resistance capacity of steel portal frame under several key factors is developed using parametric studies and verified using classical structural mechanical theory. The theoretical and numerical studies indicate that the critical section is located at the middle of beam or the beam end. Based on parametric studies, the database considering different fire temperature distribution, loading ratio, depth-span ratio and wedge rate has been established and the empirical equation of critical temperature considering different factors has been obtained. Finally, the practical design method is proposed for the fire safety design of steel portal frame. This paper provides a reference for evaluating fire performance of steel portal frame exposed to localized fire.
