摘 要:为了保证含超大粒径块石土石混填路基的稳定性,对超大粒径块石间的土石混填料压实影响因素进行了研究。通过设计超大粒径块石的布放施工工艺、自制试验箱进行室内试验,并与ABAQUS有限元分析结果进行对比研究,对超大粒径块石布放的参数与其间土石混填料压实度之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明,当超大粒径块石间距小于夯锤直径时,土石混填料压实度较小,夯击能被超大粒径块石吸收;当超大粒径块石间距略大于夯锤直径时,土石混填料压实度达到最大值;随着间距继续增大,压实度略有减小,但仍能满足要求。通过确定合理的超大粒径块石间距,可以保证其间土石混填料在标准夯实下能够达到压实度要求。In order to ensure the stability of the earth-rock mixed influencing factors of compacting the earth-rock mixture between laying technology of large stones, conducting laboratory test with filling subgrade containing large stone, the large stones are studied. By designing the self-made test box, and making comparison to the ABAQUS FE analysis result, the relationship of the laying parameters of large stone and the compaction degree of the earth-rock mixture is analysed. The result shows that ( 1 ) when the spacing between large stones is less than the diameter of hammer, the degree of compaction of earth-rock mixture is smaller than normal, the tamping energy is absorbed by large stones; (2) when the spacing is slightly more than the diameter of hammer, the degree of compaction of earth-rock mixture could reach maximum value ; ( 3 ) with the continuous increasing of the spacing, the degree of compaction decreases slightly, but it could still meet requirement. The degree of compaction under standard tamping could be ensured by determine reasonable spacing of large stones.
