摘　　要：战后日本亚太区域经济合作战略的形成与转变经历了萌芽期、成长期和转型期三大阶段。TPP折射出日本在亚太区域经济合作战略上的新思考。尽管美国新总统特朗普上台对TPP造成重大打击,但日本依然希望借助TPP主导构建亚太区域经济合作新体系,并将"高质量"和"高标准"的日本理念融入新体系的构建进程。受其影响,未来亚太区域经济合作体系结构将发生深刻变化,相关规则及制度设计会更多反映日本因素的存在,这也将加剧中美日三方围绕构建亚太经济合作新体系的主导权竞争。The formation of Japan＇ s economic partnership strategy in Asia - Pacific region in the post - war period has experienced three major stages, which include the period of germination, growth and transformation. Japan＇ s way of promoting Trans - Pacific Partnership Agreement （TPP） shows some new thinking of Japan＇s economic partnership strategy in Asia- Pacific region. The new U. S. president Trump insists on U. S. withdrawal from TPP. However, with the aim of ensuring the leadership in the regional economic cooperation, Japan still intends to take advantage of TPP, and integrates its concept of ＂high quality＂ and ＂high standards＂ with the process of building the new system. Given such circumstances, there will be profound changes in the structure of the economic cooperation system in Asia - Pacific region, and the new system design will inevitably reflect more of Japan＇ s presence. More importantly, it will also intensify the competition among Japan, U. S. and China, all of which are eager to take the leading role in building the new system in the Asia - Pacific region.
