产学研协同创新中产出分享利益分配方式的优化路径

摘　　要：推动产学研协同创新的一个关键问题是要处理好利益的分配。产出分享的分配方式有利于协同各方的密切合作,但由于各方经济决策目标的不一致,这一分配方式仍有优化的可能。文章提出了纵向合作、纵向一体化及政府补贴三种优化路径,通过构建博弈模型进行了求解验证,经对比分析得出了最优路径。A key issue to promote Industry-university-research cooperative innovation is the distribution of benefits. Output sharing is beneficial to the close cooperation of collaborators,but due to inconsistency goal of economic decision of collaborators, it is possible to optimize the output sharing way of benefit distribution. The paper suggests three optimizing paths： vertical coopera- tion, vertical Integration, government subsidy. By building the game model, the paper solves, verifies, comparatively analyzes and gains the optimized path.
