摘　　要：文章对我国农产品出口型技术性贸易壁垒进行了统计测算,并以我国农产品遭遇美国TBT为例,分析了影响我国农产品出口型技术性贸易壁垒的因素。研究显示:美国、欧盟对我国农产品的技术性贸易壁垒系数常年处于高位;美国、日本对我国农产品行业的技术性贸易壁垒系数呈下降趋势,而欧盟却相反;在影响我国农产品出口型技术性贸易壁垒的因素中,农药投入量、化肥施用量等反应我国农产品质量的因素为最重要因素;反映贸易地理方向的因素等也是我国农产品出口遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的重要因素。In this paper, China＇s agricultural exports of technical barriers to trade is measured. And then taking American TBTas an example, we analyze the factors that affect the export of agricultural products in our country. The results show that： The coefficientof technical trade barriers of the United States＆ European Union to China＇ s agricultural products of is at a high level; The coefficientof the barriers of the United States and Japan to China is declining, while the EU is the opposite. Among the factors that affect the exportof China＇s agricultural technical barriers to trade, the factors such as the pesticide input and the fertilizer application that affect thequality of agricultural products in China are the most important factors ; Factors that reflect the direction of trade are also importantfactors.
