摘　　要：目的探讨不同疾病人群血管内皮功能及颈动脉超声检测的关系。方法选取372例体检人群作为研究对象,分为高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、高血压高血脂、高血压高血脂高血糖及无上述疾病组,分别检测血管内皮功能及颈动脉超声。结果肱动脉血流介导的血管扩张(FMD)与颈部超声发现颈动脉硬化伴斑块有良好的一致性,FMD与颈部超声发现颈动脉硬化不完全一致,尤其是高血压组、高血压合并血脂异常组。结论代谢性疾病人群可选择血管内皮或超声检测以发现动脉血管病变,高血压人群建议同时进行两项检测。Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial function and carotid artery ultrasound examination in different diseases.Methods 372 subjects were divided into： hypertension,dyslipidemia,diabetes,hypertension＋dyslipidemia,hypertensions＋dyslipidemia＋diabetes and non-disease groups. Vascular endothelial function and carotid artery ultrasound examination were examined in each group.Results FMD of brachial artery and carotid arteriosclerosis plaque had a good consistency,while in simple arteriosclerosis group was not completely consistent,especially in hypertension group and hypertension＋dyslipidemia group.Conclusions To find vascular lesion,vascular endothelial function or carotid artery ultrasound examination should be selected in metabolic diseases.Two examinations are all recommended for hypertension.
