摘  要:科研合作是当今科学研究的重要实现方式,也是知识生产的手段之一。近十年来,高等教育研究领域合著现象较为普遍,合著率一直呈上升趋势。两人的合作占主流,其中师生合作的现象较为普遍,但合作的稳定性较低;合著文章主要来自综合类大学教育学院和国内顶尖师范院校的教育学院;城际合作、省域合作的随机性较强,受地理区位的影响较大。为促进合作的可持续发展,需要构建科学易行的科研合作机制,完善教学、科研评价制度,探索团队评价体制机制,激发合作者的兴趣,建立共同的学术话语体系。Scientific research cooperation is an important way to conduct scientific research. It is also one of the means of knowledge production. Over the past decade, co-authorship in the field of higher education research has been more common, leading to a rise of co-authorship rate. As cooperation between the two authors dominated the mainstream, which the phenomenon of cooperation between teachers and students was more common, but the stability of cooperation was relatively low. Articles of co-authorship were mainly originated from the school of education at comprehensive university and the top school at domestic normal university, and intercity cooperation as well as provincial cooperation affected by the geographical location strongly was more arbitrary. To promote the sustainable development of cooperation, we need to build a simple and rational scientific research cooperation mechanism, improve the teaching and research evaluation system, explore the team evaluation system mechanism, stimulate the interest of partners, and establish a common academic discourse system.
