摘　　要：跟腱炎继发自发性跟腱断裂是临床上一种常见的运动系统损伤,由于当前认识不足,常常导致漏诊、误诊或延诊,使其修复困难,严重影响踝关节及跟腱的功能.本文综述了跟腱炎继发自发性跟腱断裂的致病原因、临床表现,重点探讨了治疗方法及手术方案的选择进展,展望了手术治疗的发展方向,希望能够提高诊疗水平.Tendinitis secondary spontaneous rupture of Achilles tendon is the clinical a common motion system damage, due to the lack of understanding at current, it often lead to miss diagnosis, misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis, so that the repair is difficult, and it se- riously impacts on the ankle and Achilles tendon. We reviewed in this paper with tendinitis secondary spontaneous rupture of Achilles ten- don causes, clinical manifestations, focusing on the operative method and scheme selection, and look forward to the development direction of surgical treatment , hoped to be able to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
