通降泻肺汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期伴胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察通降泻肺汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期伴胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将确诊为支气管哮喘急性发作期合并胃肠功能障碍的患者60例,按区组随机分组方法分为治疗组与对照组各30例。2组均采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加服通降泻肺汤,对照组在西医常规治疗基础上加服枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片。观察2组胃肠道症状积分、肺功能、临床疗效、生活质量(SGRQ评分)及治疗后3个月内再住院率。结果治疗组胃肠道功能障碍疗效及生活质量改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组肺功能改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通降泻肺汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期合并胃肠功能障碍,能显著改善胃肠道功能障碍消化道症状、体征,提高患者生活质量,并具有较好的安全性。ABSTRACT Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongjiang Xiefei Decoction on the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma （BA） accompanied by gastrointestinal dysfunction （GD）. Methods A total of 60 confirmed patients with acute attack of BA accompanied by GD were randomly divided into a treatment group （30 cases）and a control group （30 cases ）. Both groups were given regular western drugs, while additionally, the treatment group and the control group also took Tongjiang Xiefei Decoction and Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets respectively. The scores of gastrointestinal symptoms, the lung function, the clinical effect and SGRQ scale as well as re-hospitalization rate after three months of two groups were observed. Results The gastrointestinal function scores, and the quality of life of the treatment group were better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically siguificant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. But the difference of pulmonary function improvement between the two groups had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tongjiang Xiefei Decoction can obviously relieve the digestive tract symptoms and signs of acute attack of GD, and improve the life quality in the treatment of acute attack of BA with safety.
