摘 要:采用标准电子陶瓷工艺制备了(Mg0.95Zn0.05)2(Ti0.8Sn0.2)O4陶瓷。研究了(Mg0.95Zn0.05)2(Ti0.8Sn0.2)O4陶瓷的烧结特性、相结构和微波介电性能。采用X射线衍射分析其物相组成,利用SEM观察其显微结构。XRD图谱表明烧结样品为立方尖晶石(Mg0.95Zn0.05)2(Ti0.8Sn0.2)O4结构,晶胞参数为a=b=c=0.848794nm。实验结果表明,随烧结温度升高,样品相对介电常数(εr)和品质因数(Q.f)先增加后减小,谐振频率温度系数(τf)变化不大。1325℃/5h烧结样品具有优良微波介电性能:εr=13.1,Q.f=131170GHz(10GHz)、τf=-55.6×10-6/℃。The sinterability,phase compositions and microwave dielectric properties of(Mg0.95Zn0.05)2(Ti0.8Sn0.2)O4 ceramics were investigated.The structure and microstructure were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy techniques.The XRD patterns showed a cubic spinel structure for(Mg0.95Zn0.05)2(Ti0.8Sn0.2)O4 ceramics with the lattice parameters of a=b=c=0.848794nm.With increasing sintering temperature,the relative dielectric(εr) and quality factor(Q·f) first increase and decrease thereafter,the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(τf) changes slightly.The(Mg0.95Zn0.05)2(Ti0.8Sn0.2)O4 sintered at 1325℃/5h exhibited good microwave dielectric properties: εr=13.1,Q·f=131170GHz(10GHz) and τf =-5.56×10-5/℃.
