摘　　要：介绍朔黄铁路建设开通的LTE新型移动通信系统和既有数字调度通信系统,以及LTE网络与数字调度通信系统互联互通的意义;针对朔黄铁路数字调度通信系统的工作方式、LTE网络无线调度语音业务的实现方式、LTE网络无线调度与数字调度通信系统的互联方案进行技术分析;展望基于LTE网络的高级语音业务、调度命令传送业务、无线车次号传送与列车位置追踪业务的未来。This paper introduces the background of inter-operation between LTE network and digital dispatch communication system by elaborating on the aim of opening LTE network during the construction of Shuohuang Railway, the new LTE network mobile communication system, the digital dispatch communication system and the significance of the inter-operation. It analyses, from a technical viewpoint, the working mode of railway digital dispatch communication system of Shuohuang Railway, the realization methods of LTE network wireless dispatch voice service and the scheme for inter-operation between LTE network wireless dispatch and digital dispatch communication system. It also offers an outlook on the future of the advanced voice service based on LTE network, dispatch command transmission service and wireless train number transmission and train location tracking service.
