摘　　要：分级诊疗和"两保合一"政策在局部地方已经全面实行,在未来的五年里,两者在我国会全面铺开,因而有必要对其可能产生的影响进行分析。基于整合视角分析上述两个政策一起实行以后可能存在的影响和相应的建议,希望为以后的相关管理实践提供参考。Policy of tiered medical and integration of new rural cooperative medical system and urban resident basic medical insurance has been fully implemented in some regions and would be promoted in the next 5 years in the whole of China. Therefore, it was necessary to analyze the possible impact of it. It analyzed the problems and effects that might exist after the implementation of the two policies from the perspective of integration, hoping to provide references for related management practices in the future.
