针药联合治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针药联合(运动针刺法、中药内服、中药灌肠)治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎临床疗效。方法:选取慢性盆腔炎患者气滞血瘀型100例,用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗(替硝唑注射液加盐酸莫西沙星片),治疗组给予针药联合治疗(运动针刺法加膈下逐瘀汤口服加中药灌肠方灌肠),两组均治疗3个月经周期,观察两组临床疗效;治疗前后症状总积分、体征总积分;治疗前后单项体征积分。结果:治疗组临床治疗效果(92%)明显优于对照组(82%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状总积分、体征总积分与治疗前相比均有改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组治疗前后单项体征积分比较有改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药联合治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎临床疗效显著,值得临床借鉴。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine（ exercise acupuncture,orally taking Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine enema） on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods： 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were treated. The patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group by random number table. 50 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with medicine. The two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles,and the clinical efficacy and the total score of symptoms and signs were observed. Results： The therapeutic effect of the treatment group（ 92%） was superior to that of the control group（ 82%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the total score of symptoms and the total score of signs in two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,but the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis has a significantly clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical references.
