温针灸配合“合谷刺法”治疗肩周炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸配合"合谷刺法"治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将66例研究对象随机分为治疗组35例和对照组31例,治疗组采用温针灸配合"合谷刺法"治疗,对照组采用传统取穴针刺治疗,每组患者均治疗两个疗程(10天)。每组患者的疗效评定根据治疗的改善程度分为无效、见效和显效,并采用目测类比定级法(VAS)评价患者的疼痛缓解情况。结果:治疗组温针灸配合"合谷刺法"的有效率(见效率+显效率)与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),但治疗组中的显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而且治疗前后两组患者VAS疼痛评分变化值比较有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗组患者治疗前后得分的下降程度明显大于对照组。结论:温针灸配合"合谷刺法"对肩关节周围炎有更好的镇痛及恢复运动功能的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of warming acupuncture combined with multi-direction needling on shoulder periarthritis. Methods： 66 patients were divided into a treatment group of 35 cases and a control group of 31 cases by random number table. The treatment group was intervened by warming acupuncture combined with multi-direction needling,while the control group was intervened by conventional needling method. Patients in each group were treated for two courses（ 10 days）. According to patients＇ curative effects,they were divided into invalid cases,effective cases and markedly effective cases,and evaluate the situation of patients＇ pain relief by VAS method. Results： The treatment group and control group had no differences in efficiency（ P〉0. 05）. The treatment group had a better therapeutic efficacy than the control group according to the treatment of shoulder periarthritis（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement of symptom and the changes of VAS score were significantly changed after intervention in both groups（ P〈0. 01）,and the scores in the treatment group were remarkably decreased compared with those in the control group. Conclusion： The therapy of warming acupuncture combined with multi-direction needling has a good effect on shoulder periarthritis,with easing pain and recovering movement function.
