针刺结合音乐疗法对焦虑模型大鼠行为学及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺结合音乐疗法对焦虑模型大鼠行为学及T淋巴细胞亚群数量的影响。方法:选用健康雌性成年SD大鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、针刺治疗组、音乐治疗组和针刺音乐治疗组(简称音针组)。采用不可预知的慢性情绪应激方法制作焦虑模型,造模同时,针刺组、音乐组和音针组分别进行相应治疗,观察大鼠各组体重增长和行为学的变化、检测全血T淋巴细胞亚群表达的百分率。结果:(1)针刺组和音针组大鼠体重较模型组显著增长;(2)3个治疗组第21天OT%值、OE%值、旷场试验水平得分及垂直得分均较模型组显著升高;(3)与空白组相比,模型组CD8^+显著降低,CD4^+/CD8^+显著升高,针刺组及音针组CD8^+较模型组显著升高,CD4^+/CD8^+较模型组显著下降。结论:针刺结合音乐疗法及针刺疗法对焦虑模型大鼠的T淋巴细胞亚群起到了良性调节作用。针刺结合音乐疗法有较好的抗焦虑作用。Objective： To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with music therapy in anxiety disordered（ AD） rats by exploring changes in behavior and T lymphocytes. Methods： Female SD rats were randomly divided into normal（ N）,model（ M）,acupuncture therapy（ AT）,music therapy（ MT） and acupuncture combined with music therapy（ AMT） groups. Chronic unpredictable emotional stress lasted 21 days to establish AD rat models. All the rats were observed according to the weight changes during 21 days. Behavioral activity was measured by using the elevated plus-maze and open-field test in all rats. Observe T lymphocytes subgroup by using flow cytometry. Results： 1. Changes in weight gain： Compared with the M,weight gain in AT and AMT was significantly higher 2. Behavior tests： Elevated Plus-maze Test： OT%,OE% in AT,MT and AMT were significantly higher than those in M on the 21 st day. Open-field Test： Horizontal scores and Vertical scores in AT,MT,AMT were significantly higher than those in M on the 21 st day. 3. T lymphocytes subgroup： The data showed CD8^＋in M was significantly lower than that in N（ P〈0. 01）,and CD4^＋/CD8^＋in M were significantly higher than those in N（ P〈0 05）; CD8^＋in AT and AMT was significantly higher than that in M（ P〈0 01）.CD4^＋/CD8^＋in AT and AMT were significantly lower than those in M（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It is suggested that AMT has a good anti-anxiety effect. Moreover,ATM and AT can regulate the level of T lymphocytes in anxiety disorder rats.
