摘  要:目的:观察针刀对帕金森病(PD)大鼠行为学及谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、电针组和针刀组(各16只),采用右侧纹状体双靶点注射6-羟多巴胺造模。电针组"百会"沿皮向双侧"太阳"透刺,每次20 min;针刀组取枕骨下项线中点和C1、C2横突后结节进行松解。进行行为学评价和黑质GSH含量检测。结果:空白组未见旋转行为,模型组干预治疗前后无差异(P>0.05);针刀大鼠旋转圈数明显减少且治疗前后相比有差异(P<0.01);电针组治疗前后相比有差异(P<0.05)。GSH含量比较,模型组GSH含量明显降低与空白组相比差异明显(P<0.01);针刀组和电针组GSH含量明显升高,针刀组、电针组与模型组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刀可能通过改善PD旋转行为、提升GSH含量从而提高抗氧化能力减轻黑质DA能神经元损伤。Objective: To observe the effect of acupotomy on the changes of ethology and glutathione( GSH)contents of substantia nigra in model rats with Parkinson's disease. Methods: Healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into a blank group,a model group,an electroacupuncture( EA) group and an acupotomy group,with sixteen rats in each group. PD rat models were set up by unilateral striatum injection of 6-OHDA with two targets. Rats in EA group were treated by EA at "Baihui"( GV 20) and "Taiyang"( EX-HN5). Acupotomy group chose midpoint of the occipital bone inferior nuchal line and transverses process posterior tubercle C1 and C2 to debond and release. After treatment,rats were tested for rotational behavior and assessed the GSH content of midbrain substantia nigra. Results: The blank group had no rotation behavior,and the model group had no difference before and after intervention( P〉0. 05). In acupotomy group rotations were decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment( P〈0. 01),and EA group had a significant difference before and after treatment( P〈0. 05). The comparison of GSH contents among each group showed that the GSH contents of model group were significantly decreased compared with those of the blank group( P〈0. 01). GSH contents of acupotomy group and EA group were increased significantly after the intervention,and the acupotomy group was significantly different from model group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Acupotomy can improve the rotational behavior of PD model rats and increase GSH contents,and it may be by improving the antioxidant capacity to reduce the damage of DA neurons in substantia nigra.
