龈交穴治疗急性腰扭伤机理浅探

摘　　要：龈交穴位于上唇内唇系带与上齿龈的相接处,是督脉上的一个重要穴位。本研究通过回顾古代认识及现代研究结果,拟从龈交穴的穴位特点及急性腰扭伤的病因病机等方面对该穴治疗急性腰扭伤的作用机理进行初步探讨,认为龈交穴存在下病上治、通调经脉、刺激阳性反应点、恢复气交等治疗作用,进一步肯定其对急性腰扭伤的疗效,以期丰富针灸治疗急性腰扭伤的临床运用。Objective： Yinjiao（ GV 28）,located at the junction of the frenulum of the upper lip with the upper gum,is one of the important acupoints of Du meridian. Based on ancient records and modern researches,according to its characteristics and the pathogenesis of acute lumbar sprain,this paper conducts a primary discussion on the theoretical basis for the treatment of acute lumbar sprain with Yinjiao,and suggests that Yinjiao is effective for treating lower parts by managing the upper,regulating Qi and blood of meridians,stimulating positive reaction points as well as regulating the convergence of Qi. The paper further confirms its effect on acute lumbar sprain,so as to enrich the acupuncture therapies in clinical treatment of such disease.
