摘  要:采用平面激光诱导荧光剂法,对波形板内壁降膜厚度进行测量。实验研究表明,液膜厚度与雷诺数符合幂函数关系,且随着液膜流量的增大,横向液膜高度的极大值从边缘两侧逐渐向中心区域移动。同时在降膜厚度测量的基础上,对波形板内液膜破裂的临界速度进行了研究,得出了液膜破裂的临界速度与厚度为负相关的关系。The planar laser-induced fluorescence technique was used to measure the thickness of the liquid film in the corrugated-plate dryer. The results showed that the liquid film thickness can be expressed as power function of Reynolds number, and two extreme values of the thickness close gradually toward the center area of the film from the edge, with the increase of liquid film flow. On the basis of the thickness measurement, the re-entrainment in the corrugated plate was studied. It was concluded that the critical gas velocity is inversely related to the thickness.
