摘 要:某630 MW前后墙对冲旋流燃烧锅炉中上层燃烧器周围及燃尽风区域存在严重结渣问题,威胁机组安全运行。在通过观火孔查看结渣情况并分析锅炉改造后新型燃烧器特性的基础上,结合现场测试及煤质分析结果,认为燃用煤种灰熔点低挥发分高、燃烧器外二次风及燃尽风旋流强度大、结渣区域烟温较高及煤粉偏粗等是造成炉内严重结渣的主要原因。针对上述原因进行了现场调整试验,最终缓解了锅炉严重结渣问题。In order to solve the serious slagging problem in a 630 MW opposed-firing boiler with swirl burner of a power plant, research was conducted to analyze the reason of the slagging based on watching the peep holes and analyzing the characteristics of the new burner after retrofit. Field tests results combined with quality analysis of as-fired coal were adopted in the research. Analysis showed that low ash fusion temperature and high volatile matter of as-fired coal, strong swirl intensity of secondary air and overfire air, high temperature in the slagging area and coarse pulverized coal were the main reasons of the serious slagging in furnace. A series of experiments on combustion optimization and adjustment were carried out and the serious slagging problem was alleviated.
