摘 要:SNCR脱硝工艺适用于水冷方形分离器的CFB锅炉。为了保证脱硝装置具有良好的运行效果,应根据实际情况合理设计尿素喷枪布置方案。在某热电厂2×220 t/h CFB锅炉上实施SNCR脱硝技术改造,通过喷枪流量热态调平试验能够在尿素量一定的情况下最大可能提高脱硝效率,最大脱硝效率试验结果显示脱硝效率最高达到74%,NO_x排放浓度最低达到60 mg/m^3。脱硝系统各项参数能够满足设计指标。SNCR De-NO_x is suitable for a CFB boiler with water-cooled square separator.Injection arrangement of SNCR reducing agent affect the working condition of the SNCR deeply,so Injection arrangement of SNCR reducing agent must be designed actually and rationally. SNCR De-NO_x engineering has been implemented in 2×220t/h CFB boiler. The De-NOx efficiency can be great improve by the heating-state adjustment test of urea flow under certain circumstances the amount of urea. Results of maximum efficiency test shows the De-NO_x efficiency can be up to 74%, the emission concentration of NO_x can be down to 60mg/m^3, the parameters of the SNCR system meets the design specifications absolutely.
