摘 要:针对广西某难选铅锑锌多金属矿矿物种类繁多、矿物紧密共生、主要金属嵌布粒度细、铅锑锌部分氧化、含有碳质等特点,研究采用两段磨矿-优先浮选原则流程。即粗磨条件下铅锑浮选以硫酸作活化剂、硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠作抑制剂、丁基铵黑药+苯胺黑药+DW组合作捕收剂,获得铅锑粗精矿再磨再精选;锌浮选以石灰+y-As组合作抑制剂、硫酸铜作活化剂、丁基黄药作捕收剂,闭路试验结果获得铅锑精矿品位:铅21.84%、锑20.15%、锌4.05%、银1 660.27 g/t;回收率:铅82.12%、锑81.70%、银74.31%;锌精矿锌品位48.28%、铟品位400 g/t,锌回收率88.56%。According to the Guangxi refractory lead zinc polymetallic ore owning characteristics, such as various types of minerals, intimated intergrowth of minerals, the main metal symbiosis of fine particle size distribution, partial oxidation of lead, antimony and zinc, and carbonization, two-stage grinding and flotation principle flow were conducted: when lead and antimony were floated after coarse grinding, sulfuric acid was used as activating agent, zinc sulfite combined with sodium sulfite were used as inhibitor, ammonium dibuyldithiophosphate combined with aniline aerofloat and DW were used as collectors. The as-received lead- and antimony-bearing crude concentrate was reground and reselected. In the process of zinc flotation, lime combined with y-As were used as inhibitor, copper sulfate was used as activating agent, and Ding Ji xanthate was used as collector. The grade of as-received lead-and antimony-bearing concentrates in closed-circuit test were 21.84% of lead, 20.15% of antimony, and zinc of 4.05% , and silver of 1 660.27 g/t. Meanwhile, recoveries of lead, antimony and silver were 82.12% , 81.70% and 74.31% , respectively. Grades of zinc and indium of the zinc concentrate were 48.28% and 410g/t, and the zinc recovery was 88.56%.
