笼养黑鹳繁殖期的交尾行为

摘　　要：2014-2015年利用视频监控法对保定市动物园5对笼养黑鹳(Ciconia nigra)的交尾行为进行观察记录,结果表明:笼养黑鹳交尾最早开始于1月5日,最晚结束于4月24日.交尾持续日期平均为(14.60±2.967)d,一天中不同时段的交尾次数存在极显著差异(P<0.01),交尾的高峰期出现在07:00时和日出后的1h内;交尾时雄鹳尾部偏向性个体间存在极显著差异(P<0.01);交尾的持续时间为11~24s,平均交尾持续时间为(15.07±2.560)s,主要集中在13s;交尾后的鸣叫时间为2~11s,主要集中在2~3s;交尾过程中雄鹳尾部下压1~6次,平均为(3.47±1.068)次,主要集中在3次.Using video monitoring method, the mating behaviors of five pairs of captive black stork （Ciconia nigra） were observed at the zoo in Baoding from 2014 to 2015.The results showed that：the captive black stork mating first started on January 5th,and ended by April 24th.The average mating duration was （14.60±2.967）d. There were highly significant differences in different periods of time of the day on mating times （P〈0.01）.The mating peak time appeared at 07：00 and in an hour later after sunrise;The tail bias of male black stork was significantly different between individuals when mating （P〈 0.01）;The duration of copulation range was 11-24 s,the average mating duration was （15.07±2.560） s,which mainly concentrated in the 13 s;Call time after mating ranged from 2 to 11 seconds,which mainly concentrated in 2-3 s;In the process of the mating, male black stork tail depress 1-6 times, the average in （3.47 ± 1.068） times,which mainly concentrated in 3 times.
