摘　　要：目的:探讨重症监护室(ICU)患者家属在患者救治过程中疾病不确定感与希望水平现况及两者之间的关系,为ICU护士制定出降低家属不确定感及提高家属希望水平的有效干预措施提供参考依据。方法:选取我市4所综合医院58名ICU患者家属为调查对象,采用自制一般资料问卷、中文版疾病不确定感家属量表(PPUS-FM)、Herth希望量表进行问卷调查,并对调查所得的数据进行统计学分析。结果:调查显示ICU患者家属的PPUS-FM得分为(94.48±10.56)分,处于较高的水平;Herth希望量表的得分为(30.42±4.90)分为中下等水平;ICU患者PPUS-FM的4个维度得分以及不确定感总分与Herth希望量表各个维度及总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:ICU患者家属存在较高水平的疾病不确定感和中下水平的希望水平,两者呈负相关,即ICU患者家属的PPUS-FM得分越高,Herth希望量表的得分就越低。家属作为患者主要的照顾者和监护者,ICU医护人员应该重视患者家属心理体验,制定出降低家属不确定感及提高家属希望水平的有效干预措施,帮助患者家属建立有效的社会支持系统,树立积极面对现实的态度,指导其积极应对不良事件,共同促进患者康复,提高护理质量,促进和谐医患关系。Objective To discuss the situations of disease uncertainty feeling of intensive care unit （ICU） patients＇ families during the rescue of patientsand the hope level and the relation between the two, so as to provide reference basis for the ICU nurses to establish effective interference measures to reducethe family members＇ uncertainty feeling and improve their hope. Methods ： Selected the family members of 58 patients treated in 4 general hospitals in ourcity, and questionnaire investigation was conducted with self - made general data questionnaire, disease uncertainty feeling family scale in Chinese （ PPUS-FM） and Herth hope scale, and statistical analysis was made on the statistics obtained. Results：According to the investigation, the PPUS -FM score ofICU patients＇ family members was （94.48 ± 10.56）, in a relatively high level, the score of Herth hope scale was （30.42 ±4.90） , in a medium and low-er level; and the scores of 4 dimensions of ICU patients＇ PPUS - FM and total scores of uncertainty feeling were of negative correlation with dimensions andtotal scores of Herth hope scale （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The ICU patients＇ families members had a high uncertainty in diseases and medium and lowerhope level, with negative correlation between the two, the high the PPUS -FM of ICU patients＇ family members was the lower the Herth hope scale scorewould be. Family members were the main care takers and supervisors of patients, and ICU medical personnel should emphasize their psychological feeling,establish measures to reduce their uncertainty feeling and improve their hope, help them establish an effective social support system, build an active attitudeto face the reality, guide them to deal with adverse events actively, so as to jointly promote the patients＇ rehabilitation, improve nursing quality and promotethe harmonic relation between medical personnel and patients.
