心理护理干预对改善老年人工膝关节置换术患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理干预对老年患者人工膝关节置换术(TKA)患者预后的影响。方法:选择2013年5月~2015年5月50例TKA患者并随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上实施心理护理。比较两组患者干预前后负性情绪、关节功能恢复及生活质量情况。结果:观察组干预后视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、关节肿胀评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的牛津膝关节(OKS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。AKS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预能有效改善TKA患者负性情绪,有利于改善患者膝关节功能,提高患者生存质量。ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of psychological nursing interference on the prognosis of old patients receiving total knee arthroplasty （TKA）.Methods：Selected 50 TKA patients receiving treatment from May 2013 to May 2015, and they were divided into observation group and control group, whereconventional nursing was implemented for the control group, and psychological nursing was implemented for the observation group on the basis of the controlgroup. Comparison was made on patients of the two groups in negative mood, joint function recovery and life quality before and after prognosis. Results ： Thevisual analog pain score （VAS） and arthrocele score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after prognosis （P 〈0.05 ）. The OKS and WOMAC scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after prognosis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The AKS score of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The material life, body function, social function, psychological function and life qualityscores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Psychological nursing interference could effectively improvethe negative mood of TKA patients, was beneficial to improve the knee function of patients and improve the patients＇ survival quality.
