摘　　要：低温甲醇洗是在工业生产中脱去原料气中酸性气体的优良工艺,该工艺利用甲醇低温下对酸性气体较高的溶解度特点,在合成氨、合成甲醇及制氢工艺中广泛应用。首先分析了低温甲醇洗工艺中甲醇消耗高的影响因素,并对如何降低低温甲醇洗工艺中甲醇消耗量进行探讨,为低温甲醇洗工艺中甲醇消耗量的控制提供参考。The rectisol process is excellent from acid gas in raw gas in the industrial production, the process of using the acid gassolubility characteristics of higher methanol under low temperature, widely used in the synthesis of methanol and ammonia, hydrogenproduction process.First analyzes the rectisol process of methanol in high impact factors of consumption, and how to reduce the lowtemperature methanol washing process in methanol consumption are discussed, providing reference for the control of Rectisol Process inmethanol consumption.
