改性纤维球过滤器在油田污水处理中的应用

摘　　要：随着我国油田开发的不断深入,注水式采油得到了更好的推广,采油技术越发精湛,原油脱出污水不断增多。我国油田含油污水回注一直采用一些传统工艺,对污水精细过滤技术并没有实质性突破,特别是低渗透油层,更是达不到低渗透油层所需要的要求。改性纤维球滤料自动过滤器具有过流量大、滤料再生能力强可反冲洗的特点,通过污水处理前后水质指标的对比,说明这种过滤器可有效地保证污水水质。With the development of oil fields in our country deeply, water production has better promotion, more and moreexquisite production technology, increasing crude oil from wastewater, reinjection oily sewage of oilfield in China has been usingsome of the traditional process, and no substantive breakthrough of sewage fine filtration technology, especially in low permeabilityreservoir, as much as not to need the requirements of low permeability reservoir.Therefore, the modified fiber ball filter automatic filterhas the characteristics of large flow, filter backwash regeneration ability, through the comparison of the sewage treatment and waterquality index, the filter can effectively ensure the sewage quality.
