摘　　要：电子发票是＂互联网＋＂在税务领域的核心应用之一,也是企业财务转型的有效驱动力。电子发票是＂互联网＋＂背景下,发票形态及服务管理方式变革的新产物,主要指在购销商品、提供或者接受服务以及从事其他经营活动中,以电子数据方式开具、收取、存储的收付款凭证。The introduction of electronic invoices will be an inevitable trend of Internet in future and the electronic invoices will gradually replace the paper invoices, which may greatly lower the operating cost of enterprises, improve the revenue-collecting level, and promote the transfer of the fi nancial work centrality to decision.
