摘  要:硝基氯苯精馏塔塔顶得对位产品(摩尔分数80%),塔釜出邻位成品,塔顶对位产品结晶时会产生约30%低油(主要成分是对、邻、间硝基氯苯)。通过工艺计算、PROⅡ验算,设计低油精馏塔,对大量低油进行处理,产品收率和经济效益显著提高。Distillation tower of nitrochlorobenzene produced top product with p-nitrochlorobenzene mole fraction of 80%, and bottom product o- nitrochlorobenzene. When top product p-nitrochlorobenzene crystallized, about 30% low-boiling oil mainly composed of p-, o-, m-nitrochlorobenzene was obtained. A distillation column for the low-boiling oil was designed through process calculation and PRO Ⅱ check. A large amount of low boiling oil was treated with benefits. significantly increased product yield and economic
