体外冲击波配合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症

摘　　要：目的观察体外冲击波配合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症(PLID)患者的临床疗效。方法选取符合条件的腰椎间盘突出100例住院患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间的先后顺序将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。其中对照组采用手法按摩配合中药热敷治疗;观察组予以体外冲击波配合中药热敷治疗;各组都以2周为治疗周期,随访1个月,观察其治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组总有效率达到98%,对照组总有效率86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后腰椎功能JOA评分、疼痛视觉VAS评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.01);治疗后观察组JOA评分、VAS评分改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论手法按摩或冲击波配合中药热敷对腰椎间盘突出患者都能取得良好的临床疗效,其冲击波配合中药热敷治疗PLID疗效较显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with the hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc （PL1D）. Methods The 100 cases of hospitalized patients in accordance with the conditions of PLID were selected as the research objects,according to hospital timeorder patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with massage combined with the hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine therapy;the observation group received extracorporeal shock wave combined with the hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine therapy;two groups were all treated for 2 weeks and followed up one month to observe their therapeutic effect. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 98% ,the control group was 86% ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In the patients of two groups after treatment lumbar JOA score and pain VAS score were better than those before treatment （P〈0.01）;in the observation group JOA score after treatment and VAS score were significantly better than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Massage or shock wave combined with the hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine can all achieve good clinical effect on patients with PLID,and the therapeutic effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with the hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of PLID is more significant and worthy of clinical application.
