川七镇脑宁胶囊质量标准的建立

摘　　要：目的:建立川七镇脑宁胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对三七和独活进行鉴别;采用HPLC法对醋延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量进行测定。结果:薄层色谱中可检出三七和独活的特征斑点,且阴性无干扰;延胡索乙素在1.95~24.40μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.51%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单、可行,且重复性好,可用于川七镇脑宁胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To establish the quality control of Chuanqi Zhennaoning capsules. Methods ： A TLC method was used to identify Panax Notoginseng and Radix Angelica Pubescentis; an HPLC method was used to determine tetrahydropalmatine in Rhizoma Corydalis （ processed with vinegar）. Results ： The specific spots of Panax Notoginseng and Radix Angelica Pubescentis were presented clearly by TLC without interference from the negative control; the linear range of tetrahydropalmatine was 1.95-24.40μg·ml^-1 （ r = 0.999 9） ; the average recovery was 99.2% （RSD = 1.51% , n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, feasible and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Chuanqi Zhennaoning capsules.
