摘　　要：介绍双摆线转子啮合型实验室密炼机特点。该机既具有传统切线型密炼机的特点,又具有传统啮合型密炼机的特点,其混炼效果好、混炼效率高。双摆线转子系列实验室密炼机是科高公司自主发明创造开发的更新换代产品,其卸料装置采用新型曲柄滑块机构,没有锁紧装置,结构简单,成本低。This paper described the characteristics of the double cycloidal rotor meshing laboratory mixer. The machine not only had the characteristics of the traditional tangent mixer, but also had the characteristics of the traditional meshing mixer, So it has a good mixing effect and high mixing efficiency. Double cycloid rotor series laboratory mixer was a replacement product which was invented independently by Ke Gao company. The machine adopted a new crank slider mechanism, no locking device, simple structure and low cost.
