摘　　要：深海大洋面积广阔,远离大陆,蕴藏着丰富的资源。世界各国已经认识到海洋的重要性,积极参与国际海域事务的讨论,试图获得话语权。我国也意识到深海大洋必将成为未来世界各国关注和竞争的焦点。文章从大洋数据类型、数据特点及共享平台建设等方面,讨论了近年来国内大洋数据管理与共享现状,结合国际海洋数据共享情况,分析了国内大洋数据管理与共享存在的问题,并提出了建议。The vast deep sea is far away from the mainland,and contains abundant resources.The importance of the ocean has been worldwide recognized.Countries have been actively involved in international water affairs discussion and tried to get the power in discourse,including China.This paper discussed the current sharing status and utilization from the aspects of ocean data types,data characteristic and sharing platform establishment.The management and sharing problems were also analyzed and suggestions were put forward,in combination with the sharing situation of international ocean data.
