摘　　要：【目的】探讨中国经济转型发展阶段科技期刊编辑应该具备的工匠精神,以期提高编辑能力与期刊质量,更好地为作者、读者及社会服务。【方法】基于林学类期刊的编辑实践,分析编辑工匠精神的内涵,提出新时期编辑工匠精神的培养方法。【结果】编辑工匠精神的内涵是追求发表论文的卓越质量,包括学术质量与编排印刷质量,体现编辑的职业技能与职业精神。新时期培养科技期刊编辑工匠精神的职业精神包括基本工匠素质、编辑观念、奉献精神,职业技能培养包括编辑策划力、前瞻力、编辑过程的求实能力、校对能力、疑难问题的处理能力等。【结论】经济转型时期要正确理解编辑工匠精神的内涵,强化科技期刊编辑工匠精神的培养。[Purposes] This paper aims to discuss the embodiment of craftsman spirit for periodical editors during economic transformation in China,in order to enhance editorial ability,gear up quality of periodicals,and better serve authors,readers and the society.[Methods] Based on editorial practice on forest journals,the connotation and training approaches of craftsman spirit for editors in newera were analyzed.[Findings] The connotation of craftsman spirit for editors lies in pursuing excellence in editing quality for essays and printing quality for publications and highlighting professionalism and skills.The professionalism training contains basic competency,ideology,and devoting spirit.The occupational skills training consists of improving ability to plan,foresee,practice,proofread and solve problems.[Conclusions] The craftsman spirit for editors should be made clear correctly and strengthened during the Chinese economy transformation.
