摘　　要：【目的】基于期刊市场竞争激烈的现状,探寻提升科技期刊核心竞争力的方法。【方法】从作者群的角度出发,讨论分析作者群的方法,并结合《分析测试学报》的实际情况,阐述期刊编辑对作者群的构建与管理之道,探索提升科技期刊核心竞争力的具体举措。【结果】结合期刊的实际情况,利用作者群,通过采取切实可行的措施可以有效提升科技期刊的核心竞争力。【结论】扩大作者群、吸引高质量稿源、编辑与作者保持有效沟通是提高科技期刊核心竞争力的有效方法。[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the methods to promote the core competence of science and technology journals based on the status of the intense competition in journal market.[Methods] In the perspective of author group,and with the combination of the practical situation of Journal of Instrumental Analysis,the methods for author group analysis were discussed,and howthe editors construct and manage the author group was presented.The specific strategies were put forward to promote the core competence of science and technology journals.[Findings] Based on the practice of science and technology journals,the core competence of science and technology journals could be improved by some feasible methods using author group.[Conclusions] The effective methods for improving the core competence of science and technology journals are available by extending the author group,attracting excellent papers and keeping effective communication between editors and authors.
