摘　　要：目的探讨和总结创伤性胰腺炎的临床特点、诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾分析安徽医科大学第二附属医院2009年3月至2016年5月收治的21例创伤性胰腺炎患者的临床资料。结果 21例创伤性胰腺炎患者中,手术治疗14例,非手术治疗7例;治愈17例,好转3例,死亡1例。结论创伤性胰腺炎治疗应根据患者的不同情况选择个体化的治疗方案,通过定位穿刺或手术腹腔置管,充分、有效的腹腔引流及冲洗,在治愈创伤性胰腺炎过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To discuss and summarize the characteristics of traumatic pancreatitis, and to investigate the methods of its diagnosis and treatment. Methods We collected 21 traumatic pancreatitis cases post treatment. Retrospective analysis of the methods of di-agnosis and treatment were performed. Results Fourteen patients were treated by operation, and the other seven patients were treated by conservative treatment,among whom seventeen patients cured, three patients were improvedand one patient died in the prognosis. Conclusion Traumatic pancreatitis patients are often associated with injuries in other abdominal organs, and the CT exams are useful for the early diag-nosis. Individuation therapeutic regimen should be formulated for every patient. By abdominal puncture or surgery, the drainage tube can be accurately placed into the abdomen and drainage and wash of the focus of infection can be done effectively, which plays an important role in the process of curing the disease.
