摘 要:针对传统制造多孔结构具有的盲目性和不确定性以及如何将多孔结构有效的设计理念应用于实际制造的问题,提出了一种设计及制造具有多孔支架结构的方法.该方法通过设计单元结构,使其组成的多孔结构能在降低弹性模量的基础上保证结构的力学性能.首先,应用Optistruct软件对单元结构进行拓扑优化,提取优化的单元结构;然后,在Magics里将单元模型修复、阵列得到多孔支架,用选区激光熔融技术制造多孔支架;最后,对多孔结构的力学性能进行了测试.实验结果表明:多孔支架的弹性模量与抗压强度值均在骨骼的要求范围内.To solve the problem that traditional manufacturing has blindness and uncertainty of the porous structure,and a design concept of effective porous material was applied to the actual manufacturing. A design and manufacture porous scaffolds structure method was proposed. The porous structure mechanic property was guaranteed on the basis of lower elastic modulus through design unit cell. Unit structure topology optimization and extraction were made by the software of Optistruct. Scaffolds were obtained by repairing and arraying the software of Magnics. The porous scaffolds were fabricated by selective laser melting. At last, the compression test was done. A series of experiments indicate that elastic modulus and compressive strength values of porous scaffolds are in the requirements scope of the bones.
