摘  要:针对航天领域使用的阻尼器需求,采用静磁场的分析方法,对比了四种电涡流阻尼器在永磁体表面和电涡流板处的最大磁场强度;同时采用瞬态磁场的分析方法,对比了阻尼系数和重量代价,发现采用双排永磁体排列的构型方案能够使得阻尼系数重量比最优。在最优方案的基础上,重点分析了阻尼器中永磁体高度、永磁体宽度、气隙宽度等关键参数与阻尼系数之间的变化规律,优化之后的阻尼系数重量比提高了23%。According to the damper requirements of the Manned Spacecraft, the magnetic field in-tensity of magnetic flux distributing on the permanent magnets and on the copper of four different damper configurations were compared with the static magnetic analysis method. Then the damping coefficient and the weight of four different damper configurations were compared with the transient magnetic analysis method. The results showed that the damper configuration of double array perma-nent magnets had the largest damping coefficient and the smallest weight. On the basis of the optimal configuration, the relationship of the damping coefficient with the dimensions of the permanent mag-nets and the airgap was analyzed. After optimization, the ratio of damping coefficient and weight was improved by 23%.
