摘 要:通过分析我国新能源开发普遍具有的集群开发、弱电网接入、长距离外送的特点,提出了机-场-群-网的无功电压协调控制策略。本控制策略基于"多级协调,逐级细化"的思路,将策略分为机-场-群-网四级控制策略,电网级是最高级别控制层,每级控制站接受上级控制信号并以此为控制目标执行本级动作,同时向下级站发出控制信号,力求达到全网电压安全稳定运行且尽最大可能实现风光电出力最大化。最后以甘肃酒泉电网为平台进行仿真验证本策略的高效、准确性。Wind-photovoltaic clustered grid-connected gives a new challenge to reactive voltage control.By analyzing the characteristics of clustered development,weak power grid access,long distance delivery in China's new energy development,this paper proposed a reactive voltage coordination control strategy of unit-station-clusternetwork.This strategy is divided into four levels control-unit,station,cluster and network based on the idea of multilevel coordination and step-by-step refinement.Network level is the highest level control,and each level accepts the control signal from higher level and executes the corresponding action,meanwhile,sends out control signal to the lower level,in order to achieve the safe and stable operation of full network voltage and to realize the maximum output as much as possible.Finally,some platform was simulated to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the strategy.
