摘  要:长沙轨道交通2号线一期工程轨道工程2标,普通短轨枕数量为45478个,对应螺栓数量为90956个。螺栓的作用是连接扣件与轨枕。扭矩过大,会造成铁垫板下高弹垫板变形量过大、丧失弹性,降低减振功能,严重时可能会超过预埋尼龙套管的抗拔力造成轨枕的损坏;扭矩过小,则螺栓不能起到应有的固定作用。总之,过大过小的螺栓扭矩都会对列车的运行会产生一定影响。本文依据施工过程,结合设计文件,针对怎样提高普通短轨枕螺栓扭矩合格率就行研究,得到了切实可行的提高整体道床普通短轨枕螺栓扭矩合格率的方法。In the 2# of the first phase of Changsha Metro Line 2, the number of ordinary short sleepers is 45478, the number of corresponding bolts is 90956. The role of bolt is connecting fasteners and sleepers. If the torque is too large, the elastic plate deformation under the iron plate will also too large and reduce the elasticity and the damping function. In severe cases, it may exceed the pullout resistance of the embedded nylon sleeve and damage the sleepers. If the torque is too small, the bolt can not play its due role. In short, both the small and large bolt torque will affect the operation of the train. Based on the construction process, according to the design documents,this paper studies how to improve the qualified rate of bolt torque of the ordinary short sleepers. The method of improving the qualified rate of bolt torque of the ordinary short sleepers is obtained.
