摘 要:为了分析薄木刨切机切削结构工作过程中的振动特性,本文研究了薄木刨切机的切削原理,分析了刨切的运动过程,对薄木刨切机的传动机构和切削结构进行了数学分析、结构振动分析和模态分析,经检验符合薄木刨切机的要求。对刨切机的切削机构支撑架进行了模拟仿真研究,用solidworks三维软件绘制出三维实体,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行支撑架的模态分析,所得结果证明了切削机构支撑架是一个结构简单、强度高的支撑架,并且从振型图可知,该支撑架不会发生共振现象。通过对刨切机进行的振动分析和有限元分析使刨切机的设计拥有了理论基础。In order to analyze the vibration characteristics of the cutting principle of Slicing machine for Veneer on working pro-cess, this paper studies the cutting principle of the Veneer Slicing machine, analyzes the movement process of the pawing, analyzes the transmission mechanism and the cutting structure of the veneer slicer based on structural vibration analysis and modal analysis, the test is consistent with the requirements of the Veneer slicing machine. The simulation results of the cutting mechanism support frame of the slicing machine are carried out. With solidworks three-dimensional software to draw three-dimensional entities, the modal analysis of the support frame is carried out by ANSYS finite element analysis software. The results prove that the cutting mech-anism support frame is a simple structure, high strength of the support frame, and the vibration diagram shows that the support frame does not exist resonance phenomenon. After the vibration analysis and finite element analysis of the Slicing machine, the results show that the Slicing machine has a theoretical basis.
